STRATEGIC FACT DEVELOPMENT IN CIVIL LITIGATION
(LAWW-4046) - 1 UNIT

This course will cover how to investigate, develop and use facts in the defense and prosecution of civil lawsuits, including: strategic use of formal discovery, use of expert witnesses and consultants, witness interviews, private investigators, public records searches, e-discovery and internet investigations. The course will also cover how to marshal facts to create case themes and theories, and how to use facts in motion practice and at trial.
