HOBBS/POEHLS DISTRICT ATTORNEY SEMINAR
(LAWO-9003) - 1 UNIT

In the second semester of the Hobbs/Poehls District Attorney program, all students will also participate in a 1 unit graded seminar which involves attending a series of classes covering current topics in criminal law and procedure, preparation of a paper and a presentation on a relevant topic in criminal law.

Participation in the Hobbs / Poehls DA Practicum fulfills the Capstone requirement for both the Civil and Criminal Litigation Concentrations.
