WILLEM C. VIS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION MOOT COURT
(LAWO-7031) - 4 UNIT

Students compete in one of the most prestigious international competition centered around a hypothetical international commercial arbitration case based on a contract for the international sale of goods. The competition is a year-long commitment, with the culmination being the oral arguments held in Vienna, Austria, and Hong Kong, in Spring. In the Fall, students participate in the writing of a 30 page Memorandum. In Spring, students respond to a Memorandum written by another school, and then participate in numerous practice oral arguments, leading up to the oral argument competition in Vienna or Hong Kong.
