COPYRIGHT MOOT COURT
(LAWO-7024) - 2 UNITS
This intramural moot court competition is limited to upper division Loyola Law School students. Two teams of students will brief and argue a current problem in U.S. copyright law. Enrollment is limited and students must be accepted into the competition by the professor. Prior completion or concurrent enrollment in a copyright course is required, unless waived by the professor. The following courses satisfy the prerequisite for 2013: Copyright Law, Copyright and New Technologies, Comparative Copyright Law, International Copyright Law, International Intellectual Property, Introduction to Intellectual Property.
