CONTRACT DRAFTING

This experiential course provides students with a hands-on approach to learning the principles of contemporary commercial contract drafting. The course focuses on building foundational transactional skills through drafting, interpreting, and negotiating contract provisions. Students will review and apply contract principles, draft and revise contract clauses, discuss risk management, and use analytical skills to translate business transactions into agreements.
