CORE LEGAL RESEARCH
(LAWJ-4205) - 1 UNIT

This course reinforces and builds on 1L legal research. Expanded topics will include administrative law resources, plus the full range of secondary sources, including practice guides. Through a combination of lecture and research exercises, students will learn research strategy and effective use of legal databases. Grading is P/NP, based on completion of research assignments. Classes will take place during the first seven weeks of the semester only.
