DEPOSITION STRATEGIES AND TECHNIQUES
(LAWJ-4195) - 2 UNITS

This course will emphasize basic and sophisticated strategies and techniques in taking and defending depositions in a civil case, and the use of those techniques to help win a lawsuit. The course will give students who want to be trial lawyers an advantage when they start practicing law. Students will participate in a final deposition exercise during the exam period.
