APPELLATE PRACTICE FOR THE JUDICIAL CLERK
(LAWJ-4099) - 2 UNITS

This course is designed to provide practical training to students who are interested in or have obtained a judicial clerkship and is taught by attorneys who have served as law clerks to state appellate or federal district and circuit court judges. Students will gain first-hand experience preparing and writing intensive bench memoranda for actual appellate cases. In addition to preparing bench memoranda, students will learn the inner workings of federal courts
