FUNDAMENTALS OF JUVENILE POST-CONVICTION AND SENTENCING LITIGATION

This seminar is the classroom component of the Juvenile Innocence and Fair Sentencing Clinic. In this year-long, graded course, students are trained in habeas corpus litigation, youth re-sentencing and parole law, causes of wrongful conviction, advanced interviewing and counseling skills, and 8th Amendment jurisprudence

Evidence (LAWJ-2003)  (can be taken concurrently)
