CROSS EXAMINATION INTENSIVE WORKSHOP
(LAWJ-4077) - 2 UNITS

This will be a two unit intensive skills workshop in which the basic skills of cross examination are taught, followed by more advanced cross examination techiques. The course will focus primarily on student performance with emphasis on topic choice, phrasing of questions, witness control and making and responding to objections on cross.
