INTRODUCTION TO NEGOTIATIONS
(LAWJ-4008) - 2 UNITS

This course will focus on theories of negotiation and various legal models. Students will learn, through simulated exercises, the dynamics of the process, and the personal skills needed to be successful in negotiations. The course content will be drawn from law, psychology, business and communications.

Experiential Course  

Prerequisites:
Ethical Lawyering (LAWJ-2004)  (can be taken concurrently)
or
LAW-2J04  (cannot be taken concurrently)
