ANTI-TRAFFICKING LAW AND POLICY SEMINAR
(LAWI-4215) - 2 UNITS

This year long course will entail a two credit graded seminar during the fall semester focused on exploring intersectional legal issues surrounding human trafficking and policy practice for lawyers working with NGOs that is lived expert and community led. In the spring semester students will be enrolled in a two credit pass/fail course which will support the work of the Sunita Jain Anti-Trafficking Initiative. Students will be required to attend weekly case rounds focused on assigned policy projects.
