CLEAN WATER ACT LITIGATION
(LAWE-4030) - 3 UNITS

This course takes a deep dive into the Clean Water Act while teaching students practical litigation skills that are broadly applicable to most areas of practice. The course will go over the nuts and bolts of how to investigate and enforce Clean Water Act violations in federal court. Along the way, students will learn the basics of written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation in federal court with a focus on the specific skills and knowledge needed to practice in the technical field of environmental law.
