YOUTH JUSTICE EDUCATION CLINIC II: DUE PROCESS AND LITIGATION
(LAWD-5009) - 2 UNITS

Students will learn the substantive education law needed to represent youth and families in special education, school discipline, and other areas such as the rights of high-needs student populations. This course also provides training in due process and litigation best practices and strategy. This clinic and course fulfill the pro bono and experiential requirements for graduation.
