ADVANCED CRIMINAL LAW SEMINAR
(LAWD-4023) - 2 UNITS

This seminar will focus on topics in criminal law and criminal procedure that are not addressed in the basic criminal law and criminal procedure courses. These include: decriminalization, gangs and conspiracies, white collar crime, political corruption cases, grand jury investigations, internet crimes, terrorism crimes, high-profile cases, comparative criminal law, specialty crimes, plea bargaining and sentencing, prison reform, and the death penalty.
