FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION SEMINAR
(LAWC-8010) - 3 UNITS

This seminar will explore freedom of expression, primarily as protected by the First Amendment to the US Constitution. Students will discuss the law and policy behind free expression (and limits to it), and write an original paper on a free expression topic.
