TRANSACTIONAL LAW CLINIC - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Transactional Law Clinic will provide students an opportunity to advise individuals or entities on corporate law and trademark law issues related to starting an actual business. The clinic will have two tracks: a corporate track and an IP track. The prerequisite for the corporate track is Business Associations and Trademark Law for the IP track. Students will need to apply for the clinic.
