ANTITRUST LAW
(LAWA-4002) - 3 UNITS

This course analyzes antitrust issues which affect corporate giants as well as smaller businesses. Antitrust principles explored include competition and the concentration and structure of American industry, including monopolization, oligopoly, merger policy, practical problems of defining markets, vertical and horizontal restraints on competition, and issues which arise in the context of franchise.

This course may be offered for 2 or 3 units.
